Hi, this post is to the year 1s.

Today the y3s took time to meet up with us to teach us stuff, so must appreciate what they have done k? Most importantly, REMEMBER WHAT THEY SAID TODAY. If not, what a waste of saliva.
Just take this as a review :)

Today we talked about proper attitude and attire in guides.

Attire

All of you should know the rules for attire by now. Socks 2 fingers abv shoes, hair neat and fingernails cut.
The key thing for hair is to not touch the guides u scarf. Short hair must nt touch scarf, long hair can tie into single ponytail, bun or plaits. Ponytail must make sure it does not touch the scarf if not must tie bun or plaits. Plaits make sure it always stay at yr front, bun must use net so tht everything looks neat. And yr ponytail, pls plant on the back of your head and not anywhere else like the top of your head. And clip up yr fringe even though very obiang.
For the badges on the guides u, the world badge must be abv the enrolment badge in a diagonal way. This is respect and recognisation of the girl guides organisation around the world. When you get yr bronze/silver/gold badge nxt time, it is to be place near the patrol emblem and below the enrolment badge, following the diagonal. Of course thts for nxt time.
As for pe and other tees, rmb to tuck in properly.

集合
During 集合, absolutely no chatting. No chat abt grades or some crap. Cos yr breath very stinky. OK KIDDING but UG are supposed to be very disciplined k. Don't let other UGs look down on us. And for singing, don't be scared of 领ing the song cos like what, someone is going to scold you? Nth scary right. You don't 领 become we kena scolding! The point is to nt be too dependent on yr seniors. Even though you all are only the youngest members of guides, but half a year in guids alrdy, you all should be able to do simple stuff like 领ing songs and cheers. This is esp impt during physical activities like OJ and ATC, cos sometimes yr seniors will be the ones doing most of the work so we really need yr moral support k! And this brings us to another pt tht you all must keep up with yr guides skills u learnt, so as to ensure tht we can trust u to do stuff like tie structures or bandage and everything so we can be swift :)

Attitude

A lot of times the seniors say the y1s attitude very bad larhs (no need I repeat alrdy rite), partly because we nv really emphasise on the importance of these 礼节s. So... kinda sorry. Anw, now we want you to recognise the importance of all these guides traditions and uphold them :) cos they are the key things tht keep guides moving on, if nt the future generations will become slacker and slacker.

Firstly is to be 听话. Anything we ask of you just do it, and do it promptly. We won't make you do anything tht will harm you right, share Twisties also won't die one, if not I get all the fats? HAHA :D Also if you're quick to obey, like Eileen say, we will become the most pro patrol :)
This also needs training la, u want can follow me and practise changing and changing in and out of uniform (abit crazy but better than nxt time 吃亏) and yr physical stamina for example boy style pumping position. Train tht den got leg and arm muscles liao, so most exercises can do alrdy :P to obey promptly is to also have alot alot of initiave. We want all of you to senior call den step out immediately k?

Also mustmustmust always rmb the ABCDO rule. This is the very basic you should follow. Oh ya. Always reply to whatever msg your senior send you. If not for despo cases I call yr house liao.

So here are the challenges :)
- 靠拢 and be the shortest patrol (in length, not in ht -.-)
- Be the fastest patrol during mass change
- Be the loudest patrol in answering Swee Yee's or other ICs' qns
- Be the patrol who keep 领ing songs and cheers

If we accomplish all this challenges, P7 真的是最棒。
